Emily Harvey is an associate attorney at Howard Mobley Hayes & Gontarek, PLLC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and trust administration, estate planning, and estate and trust litigation. Prior to joining Howard Mobley Hayes & Gontarek, Emily served as Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank G. Clement, Jr. on the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Emily earned her Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law in 2016, graduating first in her class. Prior to attending law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College and a Master of Theological Studies from Vanderbilt University Divinity School.
