Sara Figal is the Executive Director of the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC), an organization that provides mediation for over 2000 low-income Tennessee residents each year. In this capacity, Sara has been named a “Woman of Influence” by the Nashville Business Journal. She serves on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission for the TN Courts, and is a Member of the Board of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators (TAPM).
