As an International Attorney, Mr. Cahill’s primary focus is the legal issues arising from the importation of goods into the U.S.  He represents clients across a wide range of industries and can assist in, but not limited to, disputes before the Court of International Trade, in Federal Courts, Tennessee State Courts, Customs and Border Protection, ATF, TTB, FDA, USDA, FCC, DOT, EPA, and many other federal regulatory bodies of the U.S.

He has consulted and trained personnel in international business, compliance, and supply chain security for Fortune 500 companies, liquor distributors, pharmaceutical companies, steel manufacturers, and the automotive industry, etc.

He was the NSL Ambassador to the TBA’s Access to Justice Pro Bono Law School Summit. Mr. Cahill was awarded the Judge Leon Ruben Scholarship, as well as two Trustees and Faculty Scholarships for recognition of his academic achievements. For the highest attainments in the study of law, Mr. Cahill was inducted into The Honorable Society of Cooper’s Inn of the Nashville School of Law. Mr. Cahill served the Honor Council at the Nashville School of Law as Treasurer, Vice-President, and President. At his NSL Commencement Exercises he delivered the student address alongside Justice Cornelia A. Clark.

Mr. Cahill is admitted to practice in all Tennessee State Courts, the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and also before the Court of International Trade in New York.
