Anne E. Passino received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, then studied law at the University of Tennessee College of Law where she was a member of the Environmental Moot Court team, received advocacy awards for her work in the Legal Clinic, and served on the Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy. After law school, she practiced at Ritchie, Davies, Johnson & Stovall for seven years with a focus on criminal defense before moving to Nashville to practice with the Southern Environmental Law Center, a nonprofit legal advocacy organization that works to protect public health and natural resources in the Southeast. Anne retuned to Ritchie, Davies, Johnson & Stovall in 2020.
