Judge Marshall L. Davidson, III, who has served on the Nashville School of Law faculty since 1992, has been named by the Tennessee Board of Judicial Conduct as its disciplinary counsel.

Davidson, who will step into the role at the beginning of 2020, is presiding judge of the Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, a position he has held since 2014.

Davidson teaches Torts and Torts II, both required classes for students at the School. He also has taught Workers’ Compensation, Introduction to Law, and Advanced Legal Writing.
